Admission Policy
Islamabad College for Girls (ICG) welcomes applications from Federal Government employees’ children residents of the Federal Capital Territory, and the children of diplomats stationed in Islamabad. Admissions are offered at key entry points: Prep/ECE II, Class I, Class XI (HSSC Part-I), and BS (Part-I) programs. Following are the admission requirements listed according to the classes.
Registration
Admission notices for Prep and Class I are published annually in leading newspapers of Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
- Eligibility for Prep/ECE II: Children aged 4 to under 5 years
- Eligibility for Class I: Children aged 5 to 6 years
Test & Interviews
Registered candidates who meet the eligibility criteria are called for test and interview. Assessment is conducted in English, Urdu, Mathematics, and General Intelligence/Aptitude, based on the syllabus provided with the registration form. Admissions are granted strictly on the basis of merit.
